On Friday 8/5/22 we blew our 2nd tire on our travel trailer just outside of Delano. Called Pacific Tire, got a quote and brought two wheels in for replacement. Almost before the car had stopped, one of their associates was helping me out, pulling the blown tires out of the car and getting to work on them! In less than 20 minutes I had 2 new, mounted tires and was on my way back to my stranded on the side of the 99 travel trailer. After replacing and hooking back up, brought the trailer to the shop and had them replace the other 2 tires which had not yet exploded. They pulled, mounted and replaced the remainder of our wheels in again around 20 minutes. The staff was absolutely amazing, hard working, friendly and as easy to work with. They quoted a price and then did not try and throw a bunch of add on items into the bill after the fact. Honestly, even though I live 200 miles from their shop, I am contemplating the drive to them the next time I need tires; so refreshing was the customer experience. In all seriousness, they were amazing.
